  1. Another amazing repaint! Just amazing how you change their plastic look into a realistic look. Keep up the great work.

  2. Your doll repaints are always so beautiful! Thank you for uploading your creations and keep up the good work!

  3. Thats not a scentence you want to hear in everyday life. «I used pure acetone to remove her face.»

  4. I haven’t been watching you for long but you have to be one of my favorites!! You’re art is so beautiful and inspiring as well!

  5. She’s beautiful as always! You do such an amazing job.
Do you use makeup brushes for the blushing or paint brushes and do you think hand rolled pastels are worth spending the money on? I’m still a beginner and I can only find them in a huge pack for $80 and not just the ones I want. Aka skin tones.

    • I use mainly the brushes for nail design and also some for calligraphy, but the once for the nails are the best I think. I use Rembrandt soft pastels and some colors Faber Castell, they are really good. From Rembrandt I have a portrait set, its perfectly enough for most of the repaints and it costs something about 40€ I think for 30 colors

  6. If there’s a doll you need but can’t get, let me know. I have a US and German address and can mail it to you.

  7. You’re so talented!! I love this doll repaint, but I wish you would have changed her hair… only because I love watching that process!!! It’s so entertaining!!! Also, I would love to see you take a normal doll face and make it creepy… the scarier the better!! I want some inspiration for my dolls for Halloween.

  8. Another fantastic repaint! She remind me of a young Audrey Hepburn almost, just gorgeous! I wonder what she would look like with brown eyelashes instead of black, I know in make-up it often softens the look, I’d love to see brown in one of your repaints but can you even get brown false lashes I wonder? Either was she looks so sweet and the clothing is so effective!

  10. LOVE the eye color on this one! Would love to see you use more of the neglected color pencils that you have not tried yet. Maybe some fun purples or orangey colors? Would also love to see some dolls with different lip colors too! They always look very beautiful and natural, would you ever give a doll some pretty pink or red lips?

  11. She is soooo beautiful. One of my favorites.
And… If you don´t know: you can fix «greasy» Dollhair with Babypowder. Just brush it in the hair.

  12. Hi! I love your dolls! It’s so satisfying watching you do their makeup! Also, could you do a Poison Ivy doll? The villain, not the plant. Oh! And a Harley Quin and Catwoman!

  13. Your styling head repaint are always my favorites. The bigger size really gives you so much more room to make the eyes really lovely! Beautiful, as always

  14. I like her face mold, but I think it would be cool if you could create different skin tones for a big Barbie head. There are so many different skin shades, and I think having that shown on a giant head would be beautiful.

  15. As a young artist myself your dolls inspire me when ever I have a creative block. So I thank you for that and you’ve absolutly earned a new subscriber

  16. This doll does have a more interesting face than the regular barbie/monster high dolls. I hope you do more work on this type of doll.

  17. Your work is incredible! She may be my favorite. I love the big doll repaints best because we really get to see all of your amazing detail work. I would love to see a doll with a bolder makeup look. I think it would be so fun to see what you come up with, and it would really show off your skill range. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work!

  18. She’s so cute!! I love her cute little dress. I’m really digging the new blue colored pencil. What color was it? I might have to grab one for myself. I can’t afford a big set of faber castel colored pencils so I just get them a few at a time at my local art store. I’m slowly amassing my collection

  19. I don’t know how I stumbled across your videos, but I’m glad I did. Thanks for introducing me to the world of doll repainting. It’s very relaxing to watch!

  20. You make it look so fun! I am so excited to try painting my own dolls. But how often should you use the sealant?

  21. Very sweet! I am glad that cheap dolls have such lousy paint jobs for you to glamorize. She is ready for a day with boyfriend.

  22. Again, another beautiful doll! I have a question though @poppenatelier : as a doll repainter, and from collecting different models from around the globe, do the dolls themselves make a difference in your vision, or do you think the brand of doll makes a difference in how you will go on changing them? I’ve noticed in the past that the Monster High Dolls tend to have different body types (because they are monsters) but you atill manage to make them realistic and «normal». What are your thoughts?

    • Yeah, sometimes the original look or mold or body type inspires me to do something special. And sometimes it doesn’t matter who she was in her previous life)))

  23. I think this doll is much prettier than most of your others, I think it’s because her teeth aren’t so big and unnatural-looking :0

  24. Ik gebruik de glanzende lak van de Action, jij ook toch ? Maar soms lopen de kleuren toch wat uit….hoe voorkom jij dit ? Door eerst mr. Superclear te gebruiken ?

  25. I love your channel. I’m not a doll-artist (yet) but I draw and colour some of my drawings. I learned so much from watching you colour the doll-faces. May I ask why you use the Watercolour pencils? I have a large collection of Faber Castell Polychromos and I’ve been wondering, if they would also work on a doll face. I’ve considered giving doll-painting a try since I have a baby girl now . But I don’t want to invest in a huge set of Aquarell pencils, especially since I don’t know if I even find the time to paint dolls regularly.

    • It’s all because of the rubber doll head and the sealant, normal pencils contain oils and after a while the oils will give a reaction and doll faces will become yellow after a while. And watercolor pencils are oil free and there’s no unpredictable reaction

  26. She’s beautiful — so realistic! I love the eyelashes. They are the right size to look like they aren’t fake. Well done!

  27. I’m so happy that I found your channel, it is very satisfying how those typical not so nice Barbie faces turn into beautiful and very realistic doll faces. Now I will be waiting for your new videos.

    • Hey Poppen Atelier, You ROCK! Every Doll you customize is a WORK of ART! So what ever you come up with next, make it in your style, and do what you love to do. Wishing the very Best! Thank you for sharing. 😀 /cheer

  28. I really love the makeovers you do for the dolls. They are really magical ❤ However, I wish to see you style a doll with a different eyebrows’ shape, just a wish. Thank you for your amazing videos ❤

  29. This one is so cute! I’m so happy I found your channel, you are so sweet and funny and EXTREMELY talented!! ❤️ You are very inspiring to me and I love watching you create.

  30. I really like her face and her dress but I think you could have worked on/done more with the hair? To make her look even more interesting

  31. I love the eye color! So beautiful. This dolly repaint is so life-like. My daughter and I debate on the eye color every time! ❤️

  32. Wow! She looks so alive now. The eyes are gorgeous! I love how you blended the blue-green with a little bright yellow, to make them sparkle.

  33. I always get so excited when I get a notification that you’ve uploaded a video with the large Monster High dolls and the large dolls like this one!!!

  34. Thank you for doing new music!! I absolutely love these <3 you're amazing and I love seeing someone do store bought dolls that normally no one will do.

  35. i really enjoy watching you make all the dolls so pretty….but mabey its a fun challange… repaint a doll to a » bullie material» may still be beautifull but more points bullies would pick on…. i love oddballs since i’m one myself..and always got bullied for my looks…. now when i’m 26 .. i have a loveley husband, i do modeling once every so often and i’m a mermaid and people always credit me for my unique look and love my features i used to get picked on… so mabey its a cool idea to create a doll repaint with unique quircks in her look…

love your video’s !! i was wondering where do you origenaly come from? i can’t really place your acent. i’m from belgium

    lot of love lady ariedian

  36. I always love watching your videos before going to sleep, because your way of working and amazing results are so soothing ♡

  37. I love this doll! She looks so sweet and happy, and I especially love the eyes. Blue is my favorite color 😀

  38. She turned out really nice!

Suggestion for the future, I would love to see youe interpretation of a more fantasy character? Maybe get that centaur monster high doll and try to make a cool character out of it?

  39. What a cutie! She came out very well.
I’d been interested to see if you could make a lucky doll that looks like Princess Peach from Super Mario. That would be sweet!
