    1. Logan Leisure A ancient god gave the caped one a quest…to slay 16 dragons and become the most powerful mortal in the world….

  1. Look i know that once you used the white gel pen it makes the highlights better but you are overyousing it it makes it looks like all drawings are oily and you need to learn when it is enough

  2. gosh i love your art chris u my man are one of a kind can i also say could you please do a blood dragon? with your amazing mind and ideas i cant wait to see what you will come up with. And that is one big dragon.

  3. I just love these dragon videos and your creativity behind these drawings.today I just purchased a copic Microne outliner to try this out.just know I always look forward to these drawings. -Ethan/ GreenThunderl8

  4. Awesome… as always 🙂
I really love what you did with the movement and clouds around the dragon 🙂
Reminds me of a chapter of D&D that me and my fiancé played a while back… my character did a few things that made a giant dragon wake up… it was sort of part of a mountain range so when it had flied away massive parts of the mountain range was missing 😀
I really love that caped figure you always include in these… I always imagine what he must be thinking
    «Oh f**k, not again» 😉
Oh and LOVE the music you chose… very epic 🙂

    1. Thank you so much! 🙂 Wow, it’s awesome to imagine a dragon of that scale — changing the landscape as it moves. At some point I hope to develop more of a story around the character because they’ve definitely seen a lot of adventure!
Thanks again! Hope you’re having an awesome day!!

  5. Look at that beast! I ADORE your dragon videos, Chris. They are what I look forward to every fantasy art Friday. Your other videos are masterful, but the dragons are my favorite. Well done as always.

    1. Thank you so much, Kathryn! 🙂 It means a lot to hear that because I’m always looking forward to trying dragon drawing ideas like this. Hope you’re having an awesome day!

  6. Really great detail in this one especially with the mountains I enjoy all your videos and with the character you put in your work it seems like there’s some kind of story to them all

  7. How does this man survive these dragon encounters? He must be a beast, or just likes observing dragons and giants and other monsters haha

Also I’ve always wanted to see what you thought a normal dragon would look like, without any elementalness to it, this looks pretty awesome!

  8. Hi everyone! Here’s my drawing of a Giant Dragon! Really enjoyed blending Copics and graphite again. This is definitely the largest dragon I’ve drawn so far! Let me know what you think — and also be sure to let me know any suggestions you have for future videos on this channel.
Thank you so much for the amazing support! Hope you’re all having an awesome day. 🙂

    1. I think I have a good idea, but I’m not sure how to describe it. A Glitch Dragon. The best things I can compare it to would be like ghost (bad guy from the Ant man and the Wasp trailer), or like a computer glitch.

  9. You scared me a little when you didn’t post Monday honestly. I thought you might have gotten sick. I do hope you’re alright! And this was amazing as usual! Keep it up!

  10. I wouldn’t want to run into this guy, but he is absolutely marvelous, tremendous depth and you have such skill, really a wonderful drawing…..keep up the great work….I love your background music also.

  11. One of the things I love about your videos is how you explain what you use and what for, but what do you use for your comic panel borders? It’s very crisp and clean and straight, but I haven’t seen you explain it before in other videos.

  12. There’s a canon developing in my head with these drawings. The caped hero keeps visiting giants to enlist them in the war against the dragons who are trying to awaken this latest of your dragons, the Ancient One.

  13. The clouds look great! I’ve tried to do an ocean of clouds before it was kind of difficult haha. I want to see a Narnia scene. Maybe a with the ice queen in her chariot or a movie cover.

  14. Awesome work as usual Chris, well done. I love watching you work, I subscibed to your channel after watching your how to draw a panda video, I managed a cartoon version of it with copic markers, still having trouble with the realistic version, but I haven’t given up.
I would still love to see you draw the Pegasus, the one from the Clash of the Titans film is magnificent. I’m almost brave enough to try to draw one myself but I haven’t mastered wings yet.
Thanks again for the video, I am looking forward to your next one.
